Red-blooded 10oz Sussex-bred Sirloin Steak with garlic and herb butter, roast tomato, mushroom and fries (+£2)

Local bream fillet with a cherry tomato and Cabernet Sauvignon dressing, served with new potatoes

Twice-baked goats cheese soufflé with a parmesan glaze, served with an apple and walnut salad and pink fir potatoes
